Every generation has their own view the world, priorities, culture and success. Today‚Äôs workplace has employees from five different generations, leading to varying perspectives on work ethic, integrity, commitment and productivity. This course looks at generational differences and how they influence the work environment.

Participants will:

1. Identify characteristics of the four generations;

2. Comprehend workplace attitudes and behaviors resulting from generational differences;

3. Understand reasonable employment expectations for each generation; and

4. Develop strategies for increasing commitment, engagement and productivity.
