Individual ($200 per year) - Advanced Practice Nurse as licensed by the state of Illinois.

 

Associate ($100 per year) - APN student, APN graduate within last 12 months, retired APN, non-APN faculty and RNs. Students and recent graduates must provide proof of enrollment/completion.

 

Corporate ($1,000 per year) - Any entity interested in supporting ISAPN's goals.
