Abstracts Submission Deadline: Monday, March 1, 2010, Midnight (Central Time)

Late submissions will not be accepted-there will be no exceptions.

The ISAPN Program Committee invites you to submit an abstract application to present at the APN Midwest Conference- the premier event for Advanced Practice Nurses. In preparing your abstract submission, please adhere to the guidelines listed below. If you have questions or need assistance, feel free to contact ISAPN at (866) 464-5276 or michelle@isapn.org.

Concurrent Sessions Guidelines:

•         Each session is limited to 60 minutes, including time for questions.

•         Concurrent session submissions should fall into one of the following categories: Clinical Practice, Research, Education, Practice Management and Marketing, Legislative Issues.

•         Speaker reimbursement consists of the following: $250 honorarium, one night complimentary accommodations at the conference hotel, complimentary one-day conference registration.

•         Meals, travel and incidentals are not covered.

•         Each session is limited to one presenter. If a second presenter is necessary to cover content, the honorarium will be divided 50/50.

•         In 350 words or less, please provide a clear and concise representation of the content you would like to present and its relevance to advanced practice nurses.

•         All abstracts are evaluated using a blind review process.

•         All presentations must avoid any appearance of commercialism. Advertising or promotion is strictly prohibited.
